podcast-badgeLachiemor joins Eddie for this week's edition of the podcast and together they discuss the new contract for Neil Lennon and wonder where the contracts for the rest of the coaching staff are. Next they discuss the shambolic attempt to introduce a "Sectarianism" bill into the Scottish Parliament before asking some difficult questions regarding Craig Thomson and Hearts. Finally they take a look at the the state of play between Celtic and Rangers and attempt to second guess who will win the league.

I see from the papers that Gordon Smith will be involved with transfers despite my confident assurance that he would not - you can't believe anything these days.

A closer look at Jay Boothroyd reveals something of a less than totally reliable character.

Let the buyer beware!

I noticed that there was a guy based in Belgium posting on KDS on the Wanayama thread, and he had never heard of this guy.

Eddie, I would have expected interest from Holland if this guy was the rising star he's made out to be. An Essien type, yet no one has heard of, or shown interest in him?

I hope this isn't gonnae be Hooiveld mark II, a fee paid for someone who shouldn't be near the Celtic.

BTW, I hope we're not going into the new season with Dan as the main centre back, as he's not up to the job.

BTW2, sounds like Paddy Crerand I'm listening to, not Lachie!

Another good podcast Eddie. Just one comment. I think you perhaps give a little too much praise to Gary Parker re. 'the scouting' of Ashley Young.

Ashley Young was signed by Villa for £8 million which was pretty near the top of the market at the time.
